Krinaki", a "kanava" of 1832, (an area where wine was produced and stored), was turned into a traditional tavern by Christos Marcosane and Antonis Patelis. "Krinaki" is situated at Finikia village, which is on top of the plains of Oia in Santorini. Finikia was always tied to the harvests of Santorini, since its people took care of the lands and the vineyards, the fava, the tomatoes, the eggplants, the zucchini, the vegetables that were produced every season, as well as the few trees of the island, mainly figs and some mulberries.
